Over a period of time, Organization of African youth has been able to spread their wings across, from the Sierra Leone office to the world at large, as we all know that the only formal position every young person wish to hold in the society was that of young person leading others with qualities that out-stand competitions, OAYOUTH has successfully engaged so many SierraLeone youth at changing their perception about live and engage them with youth activities that has exposes them to be strong enough to represent their country in any required youth gathering. Today, young people increasingly have more important positions, including that of decision-makers, planners, researchers, and more.
OAYOUTH created Ladder of Youth Voice as a tool to encourage youth and adults to examine why and how young people should participate throughout community activities, Think of specific activities youth are involved in, Francis Koroma a member and beneficiary of continuous OAYOUTH leadership training whose now based in the United states of America and privilege to benefit most of the time at representing OAYouth on all youth engagements has just invited our Deputy Youth Minister (LUSINE KALLON) for the Summer Youth Assembly happening in New York, as a gratitude sign towards such leader who has impacted his life over the period of time while back in Africa.the minister is presently leaving Sierra Leone today departing to the united states of America representing the nation on public speaking on youth development and capacity building.
