The management of Pan African Multimedia agency is ready to celebrate and appreciate
few individual youths whose doing well in their private businesses through awards and medals, the awards event is aimed at encouraging the few Sierra Leonean youths who believed in taking risks in businesses to become the boss of themselves and empowering other youths through employments, skills and otherwise, the nomination is open for people to be nominated across the nation, young entrepreneurs who has been successful in business for the past three years and above, youths who have employed up to five staffs and above with details of salary payments over the years with credible customer service and business management with long lasting sustainability in business and staff maintenance. This program will expose the youths to national benefits as they have proven to the nation that they are capable of managing businesses that has sustained itself for over years, they will be privileged to more opportunities that will broaden their businesses beyond their regular networks aimed at making Sierra Leone a job filled nation in the nearest few years, empowering jobless Sierra Leoneans with business skills and otherwise.
