This is the question asked by many Sierra Leoneans within the country in the last few weeks after the President left for Lebanon on what the State House described as a 'private visit'
Failing to come back after the supposed one week visit, led to rumors going on overdrive as speculations began to rise about the President's health and welfare. Unconfirmed sources reported that the President was in Lebanon for Covid19 treatment, whilst others say he had undergone serious and complicated surgery, amidst all the rumors, the government of the country remained silent, even after the President's absence on the 57th Ordinary Session of the Authority of Heads of States and Government of the ECOWAS held in Niger on the 7 September 2020 and the Consul of Sierra Leone in Lebanon wrote in a Lebanese news agency website that the President will be discharged from the American University hospital in Lebanon, following all that has happened, the President returned to Sierra Leone yesterday with his wife and we're hoping to hear about his visit soon.
