As a young leader I can't assure no guaranteed blueprint to ensure the successful launch of my initiative. But as a leader who has been involved in positive change and initiatives I will work with the following
Upper level organization wide support- goals are just dream until they are documented as part of strategic plan and appropriate funds, materials, and resources allocated
Vision must be clear and concise- our vision must be the top most priority
Hope for the best but also plan for the worst- no life or human is perfect we work to be better but as a leader I will work firmly with all integrity commitment smart and hardwork to the organization and be accountable to whatever is done
Time and patience- As a leader for the team to be formidable efficient and effective you need to exercise leadership qualities to see the smooth running of the organization
People can make or break a successful launch- As a leader you must be professional and be strict cause there are issues and decision you should always be firm on cause you always going to meet challenges, struggles and milestones you need to handle with strong measures.
