CORONA VIRUS SUSPECTED IN GUINEA 🇬🇳
CONAKRY-We just got confirmation! A suspected case of Coronavirus, a disease that has killed more than 360 people in China, has been detected in Guinea.
The individual was quarantined at the Nongo Epidemiological Treatment Center, built during the period of the Ebola virus.
The suspect of Asian origin from Senegal was detected using the control equipment installed at Conakry-Gbessia International Airport.
"He is a Bangladeshi from Dakar. Nothing proves yet that it is Coronavirus but we wanted to limit the risks because it presented some symptoms. He was put in solitary confinement, ”we were told.
The National Agency for Health Security (ANSS), which is hosting a conference later today, will give all the details on this suspected case.

On the return flight, he started to have a fever and cough.
