PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES CAN ALSO SHOW GRATEFULNESS

One of the oldest serving staff of the Freetown Cheshire Home who has retired long ago was located by some old pupils she has worked so hard in helping to be meaningful people in society today. Some are directors, managers, lecturers and so on, that she worked so much in their upbringing both in academic and also the general way of life. As 93 years old women, she remembered most of her children back then, but few she cannot remember. In a group visitation today, over Le: 1,700,000 raised with a bag of rice were donated to her. In her emotional statement she said “I am now a disabled like you because I can’t work as I use to do; except I am assisted”. This is a clear manifestation that if you serve persons with disabilities whole-heartedly, then they can show gratefulness.
